Bathroom Remodel near Mockingbird and Abrams

Basement finishing St LouisThe original bathroom in this space was poorly organized and divided in 2 which made it look and feel quite small. The vanities were in the middle of the room separated by a wall and you had to either go to the left or right to access the tub or shower in back. Oddly it had 2 water closets in either corner. We completely opened up the space and moved the vanities to opposite walls, installed a custom large 4×4 shower with a rain head and body sprayer and a bubble jet tub. To allow more light we also installed a very large slider window with obscure glass. The cabinetry and granite were custom designed to give this bath a one of a kind feel. The floor tile has granite inserts to tile the dark cabinetry to the floor. Basement finishing St Louis Company is the best option to resolve your problem.

This was a typical 1980′s bathroom remodel in Dallas with beige tub and tiles. Nothing redeeming about its existence. We renovated it into an authentic 1920′s bathroom with all the bells and whistles you would want in a modern bathroom. The entire bathroom has subway tiles covering the lower 4 feet of the wall trimmed with a nice ceramic chair railing and beautiful small hex tiles on the floor with black grout. We also converted a closet in the bedroom into a small shower and installed a pedestal tub. The sink is a nice architectural piece with a marble top and a period faucet. Really a nice finish.

In 2006 we completed a home remodel near Mockingbird and Abrams. The house is located in an area with typical homes of the 1950′s. These tend to have little decoration, simple molding and almost always have tacky tile colors in the bathrooms. We remodeled the bathroom, kitchen, and resanded all of the hardwood floors. We have also installed can lights and a new takagi tankless water heater in the attic. On the outside we have installed a new 6′ fence and painted and installed a column on the front porch.
